HIGHLIGHTS FROM OUR LATEST CLIENT ALLOCATION CEREMONY

At the end of last month, we had a series of plot allocation exercises at 3 estates in Lagos- Legacy Haven (Ode-omi), Beach Haven Phase 2(Ibeju-Lekki) and Haven Court (Abijo GRA).

It began with a congratulatory speech from the allocation officer- Mr Emmanuel Esangbedo, who explained the physical allocation process to the eager subscribers. He then proceeded to allocate each client based on the plot details on their plot notification letter.  The Atmosphere was electric as smiling clients took official possessions of their plots. Each plot allocation felt like a true celebration of trust, commitment and delivery.  

One excited family, who had been saving for years, tore up in happy tears when the allocation officer handed them the official plot allocation papers.

Another couple- shared their journey with shinning joy in their eyes of how they had been budgeting for years to own a land.

By the end of the physical allocation exercise, many of the subscribers described our estates as a place where their homeownership dreams were finally realized.

Ceremonies Like this gladdens our heart and remind us the core of what we do- Making homeownership dream a reality by transforming eager investors into proud landowners and filling every heart with hope for tomorrow.
